Understanding Endpoint URLs

URL Structure​

Base URL Pattern​

https://{tenant}.[{environment}-]api.secutix.com/{system}/{version}/{service}/{resource}

URL Components​

Tenant (Institution)​

  • The name of the customer. The customer can be a sandbox account.
  • Museum: MOSA: mosa.api.secutix.com
  • City: SOSY: sosy.api.secutix.com
  • Live Entertainment: CUBE: cube.api.secutix.com
  • Sport: PLAY: play.api.secutix.com
  • Tournament: SETA: seta.api.secutix.com

Environment​

The square brackets mark an optional segment — production leaves it out entirely.

  • Production: {tenant}.api.secutix.com
  • Pre-Production: {environment} is pp, giving {tenant}.pp-api.secutix.com

System​

Examples:

  • s360: All API endpoints interacting with S360 Services.
  • organizer: Mobile ticketing
  • spay: S-Pay Payment Solution

Version​

Current API version for a given system.

Service​

For s360 System:

  • contact: Customer Engagement
  • catalog: Inventory & Config
  • order: Order management and transactions
  • accounting: Data analytics

Other systems usually only have a single service.

Resource​

Examples:

  • events: Event catalog and details
  • orders: Order management and status
  • individuals: Customer information
  • payments: Payment processing

Catalog resources are scoped to a sales channel, so they carry a {salesChannelId} segment between the service and the resource: /s360/v3/catalog/{salesChannelId}/events.
